Welcome to Lattis, a thoughtfully designed application aimed at enhancing your productivity and habit formation through collaboration with friends.

WHAT IS LATTIS?
Lattis serves as a comprehensive habit, goal, and task tracker, emphasizing accountability among users. By facilitating the tracking of long-term goals and habits, Lattis allows you to form groups with friends, enabling visibility into each other’s progress while also sending reminders for individual tasks and habits.

Lattis is particularly beneficial for established accountability circles. If you regularly meet or communicate with friends, this platform can help you concretely define your goals for your next interaction, providing a clear overview of everyone’s progress.

HOW DO I USE LATTIS?
To begin using Lattis, simply register for an account using your email and password. The application consists of three primary sections:
<ol>
 <li>Daily Page: Create personalized daily tasks and track ongoing habits. This page displays tasks and habits due today, tomorrow, and in the future. You can easily mark them completed by swiping right.</li>
 <li>Goals Page: Establish long-term objectives for various timeframes such as monthly, quarterly, or annually. You can attach specific tasks or habits to these goals to monitor progress over time. For instance, if your goal is to exercise five times a week, create an overarching goal labeled 'Exercise' and add the corresponding habit to track your adherence.</li>
 <li>Groups Page: Form or join groups with friends. Members will have access to view both short-term completions (habits completed in the last two weeks and tasks due within that timeframe) and long-term goals (all current objectives along with their associated tasks and habits). Additionally, you can send reminders to friends regarding specific goals and tasks.</li>

In summary, your data is securely stored in the cloud to facilitate sharing with your groups. Group members can see the tasks, goals, and habits you’ve established as well as your completion rates. Your data will only be used for troubleshooting purposes when absolutely necessary.

DO I HAVE TO PAY?
Lattis offers a limited set of features at no cost (allowing for tracking of one habit, one goal, and three tasks). Users can trial Lattis free for 30 days with no requirement for payment details. If you find value in the app after the trial period, a subscription option will be suggested at that time.
